DBL Sitamau Suwasara Tollways Private Ltd was incorporated on November 29, 2011. Sitamau entered into a Concession Agreement dated December 05, 2011 with Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India (MPRDC). Sitamau project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India on October 17, 2011 for 15-year including Construction period of 2 Years from the Appointed Date i.e. 04th May 2012 of the Sitamau Project on a build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) Toll plus Annuity. The Project have successfully achieved its COD on 15^th Jun 2013.

Government of Madhya Pradesh has entrusted MPRDC with the construction of Sitamau-Basai-Suwasara section of Major District Road, its Development, maintenance and management. MPRDC had resolved to augment the existing road from Km 0.00 to Km 34.000 (approximately 34.97 Km) on the Sitamau-Basai-Suwasara Road section of MDR in the State of Madhya Pradesh by Two Laning on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) on Toll Plus Annuity basis.
