Suryavanshi Infrastructure Private Limited (SIPL) was incorporated on April 19, 2007. SIPL entered into a Concession Agreement dated July 10, 2007 with Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India (the “Authority”). The Mandsaur-Sitamau project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India on March 16, 2007 for 25-year of Operation & Maintenance period along with right to collection user fee from commuters on project length in line with Concession Agreement along with Construction period of 2 Years from the Appointed Date i.e. 27th November 2007 of the SIPL Project on build, operate, and transfer (BOT) basis. The Project have successfully achieved its PCOD on 05th Feb 2009.

The Government of Madhya Pradesh had entrusted MPRDC for the reconstruction, strengthening, Widening, & Rehabilitation of Mandsaur- Sitamau section from existing Km stone 18 and at the existing Km stone 62 at Chambal River (Raj Border) (total 44 Km) on SH-14 section in the state of Madhya Pradesh, and its operation and maintenance to be executed through a Concession on build, operate, and transfer (BOT) basis.
