Pathrapali Kathghora Highways Limited (PKHL) entered into a Concession Agreement dated June 22nd, 2020, with National Highway Authority of India (the “Authority”). The PKHL project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by National Highway Authority of India on March 18th, 2020, for 15 years of Operation & Maintenance period along with Construction period of 2 Years from the Appointed Date i.e., December 12th, 2020, of the PKHL Project, on a Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM).

The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, Maintenance, and management of National Highway No. 130 including the section from KM 53.300 to KM 92.600 (approx. 39.300 KM). The Authority had resolved to augment the existing road from KM 53.300 to KM 92.600 (approx. 39.300 KM) on the Pathrapali Kathghora section of National Highway No. 130 in the state of Chhattisgarh by Four laning thereof on design, build, operate and transfer (the ‘DBOT Annuity or Hybrid Annuity) basis.
