Jalpa Devi Tollways Private Limited (JDTPL) was incorporated on August 06, 2015. JDTL entered into a Concession Agreement dated September 21, 2015 with National Highway Authority of India (the “Authority”). The JDTL project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by National Highway Authority of India on June 29, 2015 for Operation and Maintenance period of 26 years along with right for collection of user fee from commuters on project length in line with Concession Agreement along with Construction period of 2.5 Years from the Appointed Date i.e. 07th September 2016 of the JDTL Project, on a BOT (Toll) mode on design build finance Operate and transfer (DBFOT) basis. The Project have successfully achieved its COD on 15th Sep 2018.
The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, Maintenance and management of National Highway No. 3 from Km 332.100 to Km 426.100 (approx. 93.500 Km). The authority had resolved to augment the existing road NH-3 from km 332.100 to km 426.100 (approximately 93.500km) on the Guna-Biaora section of National Highway No. 46 in the state of Madhya Pradesh by four Laning on design build finance Operate and transfer (DBFOT) basis.
