DBL Sardarpur Badnavar Tollways Ltd (DSBTL), Madhya Pradesh

DBL Sardarpur - Badnavar Tollways Ltd (DSBTL) was incorporated on June 22, 2011. DSBTL entered into a Concession Agreement dated June 29, 2011 with Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India (the “Authority”). The DSBTL project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India on April 15, 2011 for 15-year including Construction period of 2 Years from the Appointed Date i.e. 16th December 2011 of the DSBTL Project on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) on Toll Plus Annuity Basis. The Project have successfully achieved its COD on 05^th Sep 2012.

Government of Madhya Pradesh has entrusted MPRDC with the construction of Sardarpur-Badnawar Road section of State Highway No.35 its Development, maintenance and management. MPRDC had resolved to augment the existing road from Km 0.00 to KM 43.300 (Approximately 43.00 KM) on the Sardarpur-badnawar road of State Highway in the State of two Laning on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) on Toll Plus Annuity basis.
