DBL Sangli Borgaon Highways Limited (DSBHL), Maharashtra

DBL Sangli Borgaon Highways Limited (DSBHL) was incorporated on May 10th, 2018. DSBHL entered into a Concession Agreement dated May 10th, 2018, with National Highway Authority of India (the “Authority”). The DSBHL project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by National Highway Authority of India on March 27th, 2018, for 15 years of Operation & Maintenance period along with Construction period of 2 Years from the Appointed Date i.e., May 23rd, 2019, of the DSBHL Project, on a Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM). The Project have successfully achieved its COD on April 25th, 2022.

The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, Maintenance, and management of National Highway No. 166 including the section from KM 182.556 to KM 224.000 (approx. 41.444 KM). The Authority had resolved to augment the existing road from KM 182.195 to KM 219.956 (approx. 41.444 KM) on the Sangli Borgaon section of National Highway No. 166 in the state of Maharashtra by Four laning thereof on design, build, operate and transfer (the ‘DBOT Annuity or Hybrid Annuity) basis.
