DBL Patan Rehli Tollways Ltd (DPRTL), Madhya Pradesh

DBL Patan Rehli Tollways Ltd (DPRTL) was incorporated on August 06, 2015. DPRTL entered into a Concession Agreement dated September 01, 2015 Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India (the “Authority”). The DPRTL project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India on July 8, 2015 for 15-year including Construction period of 2 Years from the Appointed Date i.e. 10th April 2016 of the DPRTL Project on build, operate and transfer (DBFOT) Toll Plus Annuity Basis. The Project have successfully achieved its COD on 12^th Feb 2018.

Government of Madhya Pradesh has entrusted MPRDC with the construction of Patan-Tendukheda-Rahli road section of SH-15 its Development, maintenance and management. MPRDC had resolved to augment the existing road from Km 31.10 of SH-15 Rehli-Gorjhamar-Patan chok and cross the junction of Km 113.00 of Rehli which is about 4.4 Km and terminated at Km 38.10 (approximately 86.60 Km) on the section of SH-15 by two Laning on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) on Toll Plus annuity basis.
