DBL Jaora Sailana Tollways Ltd (DJSTL), Madhya Pradesh

DBL Jaora – Sailana Tollways Ltd (DJSTL) was incorporated on November 29, 2012. DJSTL entered into a Concession Agreement dated December 24, 2012 Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India (the “Authority”). The DJSTL project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India on November 09, 2012 for 15-year including Construction period of 2 Years from the Appointed Date i.e. 29th June 2013 of the DJSTL Project on build, operate and transfer (DBFOT) Annuity Basis. The Project have successfully achieved its COD on 05^th Aug 2014.

Government of Madhya Pradesh has entrusted MPRDC with the construction of three Major District Road under package-IV comprising (i) Jaora–Piplodha-jalandharkheda & Piplodha-Sailana (42.27 Km) (ii) Raipururiya-petlabad-Bamniya (18.8 Km) (iii) Jawad-Khoh (21.07 KM) (iv) Soyat-Pidawa (Km 6.25 KM) (Total length 87.77 KM) its Development, maintenance and management. MPRDC had resolved to augment the existing four major District Road under package-IV comprising of (i) Jaora–Piplodha-jalandharkheda & Piplodha-Sailana (42.27 Km) (ii) Raipururiya-petlabad-Bamniya (18.8 Km) (iii) Jawad-Khoh (21.07 KM) (iv) Soyat-Pidawa (Km 6.25 KM) (Total length 87.77 KM) in the Section by Intermediate-Laning/Two Laning on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) on Annuity basis.
