DBL Hirekerur Ranibennur Tollway Ltd (DHRTL), Karnataka

DBL Hirekerur Ranibennur Tollway Ltd (DHRTL) was incorporated on October 21, 2015. DHRTL entered into a Concession Agreement dated December 16, 2015 with Karnataka Road Development Corporation Limited of India (the “Authority”). The DHRTL project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by with Karnataka Road Development Corporation Limited of India on September 11, 2015 for 10 years of Operation & Maintenance period along with Construction period of 2 Years from the Appointed Date i.e. 29th September 2016 of the DHRTL Project, on design, build, operate, maintain and transfer (the ‘DBFMOT) on Annuity basis. The Project have successfully achieved its PCOD on 24^th Feb 2018.

The Government of India had entrusted the existing State Highway (Approx. Length 55.69 Km) to the Authority on of Design, Build, Finance, operate and maintain and transfer (DBFMOT). The Authority had resolved to augment the existing road section Km 0.000- Km 56.401 of the existing State Highway (Approx. Length 73.69 Km) on the Hirekerur-Ranibennur section in the state of Karnataka on design, build, operate, maintain and transfer (the ‘DBFMOT) on Annuity basis.
