DBL Gorhar Khairatunda Highways Limited (DGKHL), Jharkhand

DBL Gorhar Khairatunda Highways Limited (DGKHL) was incorporated on April 18th, 2018. DGKHL entered into a Concession Agreement dated April 27th, 2018, with National Highway Authority of India (the “Authority”). The DGKHL project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by National Highway Authority of India on March 5th, 2018, for 15 years of Operation & Maintenance period along with Construction period of 2.3 Years from the Appointed Date i.e., July 19th, 2019, of the DGKHL Project, on a Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM). The Project have successfully achieved its COD on October 16th, 2021.

The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, Maintenance, and management of National Highway No. 2 including the section from KM 320.810 to KM 360.300 (approx. 40.192 KM). The Authority had resolved to augment the existing road from KM 320.810 to KM 360.300 (approx. 40.192 KM) on the Gorhar Khairatunda section of National Highway No. 2 in the state of Jharkhand by Six laning thereof on design, build, operate and transfer (the ‘DBOT Annuity or Hybrid Annuity) basis.
