DBL Chandikhole Bhadrak Highways Limited (DCBHL) was incorporated on May 10th, 2018. DCBHL entered into a Concession Agreement dated April 9th, 2018, with National Highway Authority of India (the “Authority”). The DCBHL project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by National Highway Authority of India on January 24th, 2018, for 15 years of Operation & Maintenance period along with Construction period of 2.5 Years from the Appointed Date i.e., December 16th, 2018, of the DCBHL Project, on a Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM). The Project have successfully achieved its COD on July 24th, 2022.

The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, Maintenance, and management of National Highway No. 16 including the section from KM 62.000 to KM 136.500 (approx. 74.500 KM). The Authority had resolved to augment the existing road from KM 62.000 to KM 136.500 (approx. 74.500 KM) on the Chandikhole Bhadrak section of National Highway No. 16 in the state of Madhya Pradesh by Four laning thereof on design, build, operate and transfer (the ‘DBOT Annuity or Hybrid Annuity) basis.
