DBL Ashoknagar-Vidisha Tollways Private Ltd (DAVTPL), Madhya Pradesh

DBL Ashoknagar-Vidisha Tollways Private Ltd (DAVTPL) was incorporated on February 27, 2013. DAVTL entered into a Concession Agreement dated March 22, 2013 with Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India (the "Authority"). The DAVTL project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation of India on February 08, 2013 for 15-year including Construction period of 2 Years from the Appointed Date i.e. 09th November 2013 of the DAVTL Project, on a build, operate, transfer (DBFOT) BOT (Toll + Annuity) basis. The Project have successfully achieved its COD on 22^nd October 2014.

The Government of Madhya Pradesh had entrusted MPRDC with the construction of Ashoknagar-Vidishi section of major district road its development, maintenance and management. MPRDC has resolved to augment the existing road from bypass junction of Ashoknagar (Km 0.10) to Bangla Chauraha (Km 35.68) (Approximately 35.68 Km) on the section of Major District Road (hereinafter called MDR) in the state by two laning on build, operate and transfer (DBFOT) BOT (Toll + Annuity) basis.
