DBL Anandapuram Anakapalli Highways Limited (DAAHL), Karnataka

DBL Anandapuram Anakapalli Highways Limited (DAAHL) was incorporated on April 12th, 2018. DAAHL entered into a Concession Agreement dated April 13th, 2018, with National Highway Authority of India (the “Authority”). The DAAHL project was awarded to Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) by National Highway Authority of India on February 28th, 2018, for 15 years of Operation & Maintenance period along with Construction period of 2.8 Years from the Appointed Date i.e., January 04th, 2019, of the DAAHL Project, on a Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM). The Project have successfully achieved its COD on November 08th 2021.

The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, Maintenance, and management of National Highway No. 5 (New NH-16) including the section from KM 681.000 to KM 731.780 (approx. 50.780 KM). The Authority had resolved to augment the existing road from KM 681.000 to KM 731.780 (approx. 50.780 KM) on the Anandapuram-Anakapalli section of National Highway No. 5 (New NH-16) in the state of Andhra Pradesh by Six laning thereof on design, build, operate and transfer (the ‘DBOT Annuity or Hybrid Annuity) basis.
